In the 1960′s I taught junior high school students in Ethiopia with the Peace Corps. My two years there stretched and challenged me, at the same time I was learning about Ethiopian people and culture. Photos and stories from that time are collected in a 50-page, spiral bound book. The ReVolt: Voices from the Warehouse District VII opening reception was a success! To those of you that made it I truly appreciate your support.
The exhibit will be from Sept 10 to Oct 7th in Dubuque Iowa. Gallery Hours are Saturday and Sunday, Noon – 5:00 p.m. My work includes a selection of mounted and framed images from my Ethiopia and Trappist Monastery series.
